comfortable bedfriendly staff
my standard family room was a good size for a short stay. the shower was great and the bed was comfortable. the staff are friendly and they helped me a lot. a reliable transfer was arranged for me. the turkish coffee they offered me was great and they would not take my money. i really appreciate that.

the room, a standard family room , was very clean and modern. a jacuzzi was a nice bonus , and the hotel arranged my airport transfers.
the walls seemed thin , and i could hear noise from other rooms. the breakfast options were not good , and i found the mattress too soft.

uncomfortable bedreception response
the bed in the standard double room wasn't very comfortable. i called reception about the jacuzzi, but they never called back with instructions. i had to figure it out by myself and that was an inconvenience.

Okay Hotel Near Airport

The staff provided excellent service from the airport to the hotel. The reception was quite lovely, and the beds proved very comfortable. I found my room very clean, and the hotel organized my return trip to the airport.
This hotel does not offer many typical hotel features other than rooms. There is nothing to do in the surrounding area except access the airport. I was not able to find food or drink on site.
